Painting and Flooring in Cleveland

I'm fairly new to Northeast Ohio, having moved here from the West Coast, and one of the adjustments has been finding dependable contractors. I've had a few experiences where projects took longer than expected, pricing seemed high, or the attention to detail just wasn't quite what I was used to. So working with Exodus Residential was a really nice change of pace.

I originally called Exodus looking for a vendor to do some painting, Tyler the owner personally came out to meet me at the property later that same day. I was happily pleased to find out They do a whole lot more than just painting! They can pretty much handle an entire apartment turn, from hauling away junk and making repairs to installing flooring, painting, cleaning, and resurfacing.

And let me tell you, they had their work cut out for them with this unit! What started as a painting job turned into a complete cleanout, full interior paint, and bathtub resurfacing. After we walked through everything, Exodus crew were onsite and working the very next day.

What I appreciated most were the little things they did without me having to ask. Things like updating the old outlet covers and giving the vents and grilles a fresh, modern white finish. Nothing extravagant, but those small details made such a difference in how the unit looked when everything was finished. It's awesome work with people who notice that small detail and do those small tasks.

The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did, and everyone I interacted with was respectful, professional, and easy to work with.

I always appreciated contractors who show up when they say they will, take pride in their work, and follow through on what they promise. Exodus brought that same approach, and it was great to experience that here.

I'm stoke I found Exodus Residential, and I'll definitely be using Exodus next time.
