What we collect

Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, street address and ZIP, project details, appointment preferences, referral source, realtor referral, and any photographs of your home you send us.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with the site, through cookies and analytics tools.

Call and message content when you contact us by phone, text, or email.

Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

When you submit an estimate request, we also record the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you used, your IP address, and your browser type, so we have a record of your consent.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and prepare your in-home estimate, price and perform the work, handle warranty and service questions, keep project records, and improve how the site and our scheduling work.

With your consent, to send you messages about your estimate and project as described in the SMS and Call Consent document.

Who we share it with

Painting and flooring crew partners assigned to your project, limited to what they need to do the work; financing partners, only if you choose to apply; and software vendors that run our scheduling, email, storage, and analytics under contract.

We also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

The listing agent you name or who referred you may see your project's status and photos. Project records are kept in job-management software licensed from an affiliated company, under contract.

How long we keep it

Project and warranty records are kept for as long as the warranty may apply and as long as required for tax and legal purposes.

We keep estimate requests and consent records for as long as we need them to respond to you, run our business, and meet legal obligations.

Anti-spam records are stored in a scrambled form and deleted after about 7 days.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing engage@exodushome.com or calling (216) 245-2341.

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can control cookies through your browser as described in the Cookie Notice.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Ohio and other state rights

Ohio does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. If you live in a state that grants rights of access, correction, deletion, or opt-out, contact us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
