Photo and Testimonial Release
What you agree to if you let Exodus Home show photographs of your project or quote what you said.
The short version
- This is optional and separate from your project agreement.
- It lets us show before and after photos, video, your first name, and your city.
- We do not publish your street address, full name, or contact information.
- You can withdraw it at any time, and there is no payment either way.
What you are granting
Permission for Exodus Residential LLC, doing business as Exodus Home to photograph and record video of the completed work in your home, and to use those images and video, along with your first name and city, on our website, in social media, in printed material, and in advertising.
What we do not publish
We do not publish your street address, full name, phone number, or email, and we do not photograph people, documents, or identifying personal items without asking first.
Testimonials
If you give us a written or recorded comment, we may quote it accurately and in context. We do not write testimonials for customers and we do not edit a quote in a way that changes its meaning.
Withdrawing permission
Email engage@exodushome.com at any time. We remove the material from our own website and channels going forward. Printed material already produced cannot be recalled.
Compensation
No payment, discount, or other compensation is given for this release, and declining it has no effect on your price, schedule, or warranty.
