Finish Guarantee (Paint)
Coverage for peeling, blistering and flaking caused by our paint application.
The short version
- Classic is covered for 2 years from sign-off. Signature and Legacy are covered for 3 years.
- Coverage applies to peeling, blistering and flaking caused by our application.
- We repaint the affected area at our option.
- Original purchaser only. Not transferable. Coverage is void if the balance is unpaid.
What is covered
Peeling, blistering and flaking of paint Exodus Home applied, caused by our application. Coverage runs from sign-off: 2 years for Classic, which uses Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, and 3 years for Signature and Legacy, which use Duration and Emerald.
What is not covered
Wear, marks, dings, scuffs, cleaning damage, moisture or leaks, settlement cracks, surfaces we did not paint, work by others, and touch-ups are not covered.
Our remedy
We repaint the affected area at our option. That is the exclusive remedy under this guarantee.
Extended Finish Guarantee
An Extended Finish Guarantee may be offered on Signature and Legacy. Its length and terms are on your signed agreement.
Purchaser and payment
This guarantee covers the original purchaser only. It is not transferable and is void if the balance is unpaid.
